But for the team behind Red Rock Roofing, accolades are simply the byproduct of something bigger: building a company that changes lives.
That perspective started early. After entering the roofing industry with little prior experience, Stevan Adjemian, the company’s founder, quickly realized the potential not only to build a successful business but to create opportunity for others. Within the first year alone, he completed 110 roofs independently—double the best year of the company he initially joined. What began as a personal leap of faith quickly evolved into something larger as friends, family, and talented professionals rallied around the growing business.

Crews can often complete an entire residential roof in a single day, supported by a highly coordinated team of project managers, sales professionals, and experienced laborers—many of whom have been with the company for nearly a decade. Yet internally, the focus has never been on revenue charts or sales quotas. Instead, leadership emphasizes character, mentorship, and creating opportunities for employees to build stable lives for themselves and their families.

Being named a Colorado Companies to Watch award winner added another meaningful milestone to that journey.
