Please complete your Alumni Selection and your Concierge designation for each Alumni selected. Alumni will be notified the week of 5/4/2020 of who is their Concierge, using the information provided in this form. Double check your entries and press submit when completed. So you know your entry has been successfully entered, the system will display a message online stating the entry was successfully completed, and the Concierge listed will receive an email confirmation.
