Ambassador Non-Disclosure Agreement and Code of Conduct

This Non-Disclosure Agreement and Code of Conduct (the “Agreement”) is entered into as of [Date], by the undersigned (“Ambassador”) on behalf of themselves and their organization (“Partner Organization”) in connection with participation in the Colorado Companies to Watch Ambassador Program, represented by a consortium led by the Colorado Companies to Watch Board of Directors (the “Board”).

The Ambassador Program is designed to support, engage, and enhance the experience of awardees, helping companies maximize the benefits of their Colorado Companies to Watch recognition. As a condition of participation, the Ambassador and Partner Organization agree to the following terms:

Non-Disclosure Agreement

The Ambassador and their Partner Organization agree to:

• Maintain strict confidentiality of any and all information presented about Colorado Companies to Watch applicants and awardees, whether disclosed during the Ambassador selection process or thereafter.

• Not use or disclose any confidential information to any person or entity outside the Partner Organization without the prior written approval of the applicable awardee.

• Ensure that all members, employees, contractors, and representatives of the Partner Organization who are exposed to confidential information are informed of, and comply with, these confidentiality obligations.

• Uphold confidentiality obligations at all times, during and after the award year, without limitation.

The Ambassador and Partner Organization understand that these obligations are critical to maintaining the integrity and trust of the Colorado Companies to Watch program and its participants.

Code of Conduct

The Ambassador and their Partner Organization further agree to uphold the following principles while acting on behalf of Colorado Companies to Watch:

• Act with honesty and respect, openly and truthfully communicating in a manner that honors both individuals and the organization.

• Foster understanding and support, making efforts to value and encourage all members of the Colorado Companies to Watch community.

• Respect confidentiality, including all sensitive information related to Colorado Companies to Watch, its Applicants, and its Winners.

• Avoid conflicts of interest, refraining from advancing personal interests at the expense of Colorado Companies to Watch or its Finalists and Winners.

• Contribute with integrity, providing credible and unbiased involvement in all activities.

• Promote positive growth, sharing ideas, experiences, and knowledge to help Colorado Companies to Watch and its mission flourish.

• Ensure that members, employees, contractors, and representatives of the Partner Organization who engage with Colorado Companies to Watch activities adhere to this Code of Conduct.

• Abide by all policies and governing documents of Colorado Companies to Watch.

The Ambassador acknowledges that Colorado Companies to Watch reserves the right to terminate any relationship with an Ambassador, Volunteer, Board Director, Sponsor, Partner, or Staff Member who violates this Agreement.

By signing below, I confirm that I have read, understood, and agree to abide by the terms outlined in this Colorado Companies to Watch Non-Disclosure Agreement and Code of Conduct, on behalf of myself and my organization.
