Please complete your Winner Selection and your Ambassador designation for each Winner selected. Winners will be notified this Friday, 4/27/18 of who is their Ambassador and we will use the information provided in this form. Double check your entries and press submit when completed. So you know your entry has been successfully entered, the system will display a message online stating the entry was successfully completed, and the Ambassadors listed will receive an email confirmation.
