Ambassador Selection

How the Process Works

• All participating individuals must complete the Ambassador Non-Disclosure Agreement and Code of Conduct (NDA & COC) no later than Friday, May 9, to be eligible to participate. When you complete the NDA & COC, you will be given access to the Winner and Active Alumni list that will be assigned to Ambassadors.

• Partner Ambassadors serve as a point of contact for winners and alumni to ensure they are fully engaged in the program and know what is available to them.
• Monday, May 18, 2026 at 8am MT – The 2026 winners and alumni to be reassigned will be made available online for all participating partners to see. To obtain access, please complete the NDA & COC.
• This is a draft pick by partnership level with the pick corresponding to partnership rank. Specifically, Platinum will choose their selections first, and Gold will select afterwards. For Platinum and Gold Partners, the order of the draft pick is established by a random selection process managed by the Program Director using an online randomizer.
• All participating partners will have the full day to enter their selections. The time of your entry is not relevant, except that it must occur on the assigned day sometime between 8am and 5pm MT.
• Program Management will assign companies based on pick order previously established. If you have a selection that has already been assigned, we automatically go to your next selection for assignment.
• By Partnership level, when all entries are received or the entry deadline has passed (5pm MT on the specific day), assignments will be made in order of submission with first pick off the first partner’s list, then second pick to the second partner’s list until we get through all picks. It then starts over again with the first pick. If you miss the deadline for your pick, you will be moved to the next level draft.
• Final submissions for Platinum Partners due by 5pm MT on May 19, 2026.
• Final submission for Gold Partners due by 5pm MT on May 20, 2026.
• The same draft process will be used for all partner levels.

The Ambassador Selection forms asks you to provide us with information on your assigned Ambassador by company selected. You can have different people on your team serve as an Ambassador by company. It is critical that you also complete this information:

Qualifiers and Disclosures

• All times noted are Mountain time.
• If the Platinum Partner does not submit their list by the deadline, they will be moved to the Gold Draft.
• If any Partner does not get their picks in by 5pm on their assigned Draft day, they will be assigned companies with what is left.
